ROOKIES CHESS CLUB
Mondays, Term 3

ROOKIES CHESS CLUB is held on Monday afternoons, offering beginner students the FUNdamentals of chess. Suitable for primary aged and older students. Lead by qualified coaches and teachers. NOT suitable for experienced players.
DAY: Mondays from 20th July (Week 2), runs for 8 weeks
TIME: 45 minutes from 3:45 – 4:30 p.m.
WHERE: Ascend Learning, Shop 7 Hooper Centre
COST: $120 for term (inc GST)
Cost includes Chess Training Book
Numbers are capped to maximise participant engagement.
KNIGHTS CHESS CLUB
Mondays, Term 3

Knights Chess Club is designed for experienced players, with a focus on advancing knowledge of rules and strategic thinking. Each week we will provide coaching and game play suitable for all players. This is NOT suitable for beginner players.
DAYS: Mondays from 20th July (Week 2), runs for 8 weeks
TIME: 1 hour from 4:00 – 5.00pm
WHERE: Ascend Learning, Shop 7 Hooper Centre
COST: $136.00 (breakdown $17.00 per week over 8 weeks, inc GST)
Numbers are capped to 16 participants.
BISHOPS CHESS FIXTURES
Thursdays, Term 3

Weekly chess fixtures for advanced chess players to gain tournament practise. This club is invite only and is NOT suitable for beginners.
DAY: Thursdays from the 16th July (Week 1), runs for 10 weeks
TIME: 1 hour from 3.45 – 4.45 p.m.
WHERE: Ascend Learning, Shop 7 Hooper Centre
COST: $120.00 (breakdown – $12.00 per week over 10 weeks, inc GST).
